This exceptional makara head kada is set with flat-cut diamonds, rubies & natural pearls with a fine detailing of flowers and leaves on a green ground. The inside decorated with polychrome flowers on a white ground, terminating with two makara head finials. The kada is secured with screw pins on the sides for fastening. It is very rare to see a piece of jadau jewellery inlaid with pearls as is the case with this lot.

This lot is over one hundred years old or National Art Treasure, cannot be exported out of India as per Antiques and Art Treasures Act, 1972.
