Italian silver tureen on base with beautiful handles in the form of identical seated Neptune, executed in the typical Italian Baroque style. The body is finely embossed and chiselled completely by hand with shell motifs. Fused handles reproduce the God Neptune riding a dolphin and holding a trident in his hands. The embossed lid with finial of two dolphins facing each other.
