This lot is a wall hanging decorative studded with precious stones. The zardosi embroidery on maroon velvet cloth gives it a different characteristic. Two square pieces of red velvet with a central medallion is circumvented by emeralds and rubies. The four corners reminiscent of the of Char Bagh, Garden of Paradise, a recurring and important theme of Islamic Art.
