Such a creation was mainly symbolic, as a ritual during the late 18th century. Such zardosi embroidery on satin cloth creation were considered auspicious in the Jain Temple.

Red colour satin cloth was used to decorate the entire field with cotton thread with silver wire which resulted in a master piece of flat zardosi work from Gujarat.
