The Silver Shadow is a beautiful car, and indeed a joy to drive and own, thus given its rich history and opulent aura the demand for such makes are steadily increasing. The Silver Shadow was the first model to incorporate the use of unitary body and chassis construction, originally the 4-speed Hydramatic transmission was used on RHD cars, however in the year 1970 it was replaced by the Turbo Hydramatic THM-400 3-speed automatic transmission.
